I am performing my duties in a Planning Section as a Planner & Scheduler for
a work program of infrastructure by using Oracle Prima Vera P-6 (R17.7).
Working professionally in a planning department and Maintaining
1. Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract Bill of Quantity.
2. Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
3. Prepares and submit updated work program.
4. Monitor day to day work progress.
5. Maintaining and record update of site work progress in the existing Schedule

I have performed my duties as a Deputy Project Manager to manage and schedule activities including planning as per required resources.
To measure and monitor progress for actual production of work done.
Communicate with all members of project team and consultant representative on program issues.
Coordinate with the project Manager to produce the work program for portfolio as well as for sub engineers, sub contractors and for different structural element.
Manage the activities other than above is as follows.
 Bar bending schedule
 Assuring work as per drawing
 Material maintenance
 Billing of sub contractors for different item of work
 Maintain office work documentation
 Work on Atomic Energy Building

• Special purpose Global shielding work drawing
• HVAC drawing
• Special purpose Blast valve drawing
